It?s Halloween night in Providence, Rhode Island and this one?s going to be special. At the biggest nightclub in New England there?s a dusk-to-dawn rave going on. A strange drug of otherworldly origin is introduced into Rhode Island's biggest all-night dance party. Locked inside until dawn, the party-goers begin a grotesque transformation into savage and libidinous maniacs. The dealer is changing people, through the pills he is handing out by the dozens, into blood thirsty, sex-craved ghouls bent on turning the club into a disco bloodbath. With time running out, the group fights for survival and a way to escape the immense nightclub without letting the infected club kids inside escape into the outside world.
