Touch Of Evil

Orson Welles's portrait of corruption in a squalid Mexican border town. Welles stars as Hank Quinlan a crooked police chief who frames a Mexican youth as part of an intricate criminal plot. Mike Vargos, a Mexican narcotics investigator is in town for his honeymoon and is being followed by the brother and sons of Grande, a local drugs lord, who he is about to testify against. When a car bomb kills a rich property developer, Vargos embroils himself in the investigation putting his wife's life in danger.
